Per ognuna di esse viene indicato:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Session ID<\/strong>: identificativo della sessione<\/li><li><strong>Input<\/strong>: domanda utente o evento invocato<\/li><li><strong>Intent<\/strong>: nome dell\u2019intento innescato<\/li><li><strong>Response<\/strong>: risposta fornita agente virtuale<\/li><li><strong>Status<\/strong>: status dell\u2019intento (\u201cTrusted\u201d\/\u201dUntrusted\u201d)<\/li><li><strong>Date<\/strong>: data di esecuzione dell\u2019interazione<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La tabella pu\u00f2 essere filtrata, oltre che per intervallo temporale, anche per session ID, domanda utente e nome intento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selezionando un singolo record della tabella viene mostrata l\u2019intera conversazione a cui l\u2019interazione scelta appartiene, quindi tutti gli scambi domanda-risposta avvenuti tra l\u2019agente virtuale ed un singolo utente. All\u2019interno di questa vista di dettaglio sono riportati, oltre alle informazioni descritte sopra, anche:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>Sentiment<\/strong>: valore di \u201csentiment\u201d (score) medio e, tra parentesi, valore medio di \u201cmagnitude\u201d per l\u2019intento analizzato, calcolato dal connettore <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.tellya.ai\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/connettori\/#natural-language\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/docs.tellya.ai\/index.php\/knowledge-base\/connettori\/#natural-language\">Natural Language<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Confidence<\/strong>: valore restituito da Dialogflow che indica il punteggio con il quale la frase dell\u2019utente \u00e8 stata assegnata a quell\u2019intento.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La sezione History presenta una tabella contenente il dettaglio di tutte le interazioni tra utente ed agente virtuale.
